Terms & Conditions

[1] Drivers must be between 20 and 65 years old with valid identification document and driving license. We reserve the right to keep a copy of the documents for our reference.
Peminjam mestilah berumur antara 20 dan 65 tahun dan mempunyai dokumen pengenalan diri dan lessen memandu yang sah. Kami berhak menyimpan Salinan dokumen untuk rujukan kami.

[2] The hirer is fully responsible in the event of misuse of the vehicle such as involvement in any criminal activity and any violations of Malaysia’s law.
Peminjam bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku penyalahgunaan kenderaan ini seperti terlibat dengan segala aktiviti jenayah atau kesalahan undang-undang negara Malaysia.

[3] The mileage limit is 300km/day and 5000km/month. Extra mileage is subjected to daily or monthly rental charge.
Had perjalanan ialah 300km/hari atau 5000km/bulan. Lebihan perjalanan tertakluk kepada caj sewaan harian atau bulanan.

[4] During vehicle collection, the hirer is required to check for any damage or missing parts to the vehicles. If the hirer found any damage or missing part before collecting the vehicle, please inform our staff immediately. Any damage or missing part that is not reported earlier will be considered under the hirer’s responsibility.
Semasa mengambil kenderaan, peminjam dikehendaki memeriksa sebarang kerosakan atau kehilangan alatan kenderaan. Jika peminjam terjumpa sebarang kerosakan atau kehilangan alatan sebelum mengambil kenderaan, sila laporkan kepada kakitangan kami dengan segera. Segala kerosakan atau kehilangan alatan yang tidak diberitahu sebelumnya akan dianggap dibawah tanggungjawab peminjam.

[5] In the event of damages to the vehicle, the hirer is fully responsible for any repair costs to the vehicle. To make a claim on vehicle’s insurance policy, hirer need to pay the excess charge. The excess charge can be reduced by 50% by purchasing “optional excess protection” with 10% of rental charge.
Sekiranya berlaku kerosakan kenderaan, penyewa bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya ke atas sebarang kos baik pulih ke atas kenderaan ini. Untuk membuat tuntutan insurans, peminjam perlu membayar caj excess”. Caj excess boleh dikurangkan kepada 50% dengan pembelian “optional excess protection” dengan harga 10% daripada caj pinjaman.

– RM4,000 (standard excess charge)
– RM2,000 (excess charge with optional protection)

Group (B) 
– RM6,000 (standard excess charge)
– RM3,000 (excess charge with optional protection)

Group (C) 
– RM10,000 (standard excess charge)
– RM5,000 (excess charge with optional protection)

Group (D) 
– RM20,000 (standard excess charge)
– RM10,000 (excess charge with optional protection)

 

[6] All insurance and excess protection do not apply for damage or loss due to careless and reckless action, negligence, illegal or improper use of the vehicle. The insurance and excess protection also not cover tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, battery damage because of misconduct of electrical devices and loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.
Semua insuran dan perlindungan tambahan tidak terpakai untuk kerosakan atau kehilangan akibat tindakan cuai, kelalaian, menyalahi undang-undang atau menyalahgunakan kenderaan itu. Insuran dan perlindungan tambahan juga tidak melibatkan tayar pancit, tayar pecah, kerosakan bahan api, kerosakan bateri akibat terlupa menutup peralatan elektrik dan kehilangan atau kerosakan aksesori kenderaan.

[7] For damage which involves a third party, the hirer is required to get information from the third-party driver which includes the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving license and vehicle registration number. If the claim cannot be made against third party insurance, all damage will be under the hirer’s responsibility and subjected to the above excess or excess protection charges.
Kerosakan yang melibatkan pihak ketiga, peminjam dikehendaki mendapatkan maklumat pemandu pihak ketiga seperti nama pemandu, Kad pengenalan/pasport, lesen memandu dan nombor pendaftaran kenderaan. Jika tuntutan tidak dapat dibuat pada insurans pihak ketiga, segala kerosakan adalah di bawah tanggungjawab peminjam dan tertakluk kepada imbuhan atau perlindungan imbuhan seperti yang dinyatakan di atas.

[8] For any damages on windshield, we will charge hirer with insurance “premium charge” of windshield protection.
Untuk kerosakan cermin hadapan, kami akan caj peminjam dengan kos langganan insurance “premium” perlindungan cermin.

[9] The hirer is required to contact our representatives to inform any unusual event occurs to the vehicle. A police report should be made 24 hours after the accident or from the time you’ve found out the theft or loss. The police report should be obtained in writing.
Peminjam dikehendaki menghubungi wakil kami untuk memaklumkan sebarang kejadian yang tidak diingini berlaku kepada kenderaan. Laporan polis mestilah dibuat dalam masa 24 jam selepas kemalangan atau dari waktu anda tahu ada kecurian atau kehilangan. Laporan polis harus dibuat secara bertulis.

[10] Any booking cancellation must be notified 7 days before the booking date. We reserve the right to charge all the security deposit for cancellation less than 7 days from booking date.
Segala pembatalan tempahan mestilah diberitahu 7 hari sebelum tarikh tempahan. Deposit tempahan dikira hangus sekiranya pembatalan dibuat kurang 7 hari.

[11] For any extensions of rental, the hirer must obtain permission from us in advance and must pay the extension charge.
Untuk melanjutkan tempoh sewaan, penyewa perlu mendapatkan kebenaran dari pihak kami terlebih dahulu dan perlu membuat caj lanjutan.

[12] We reserve the right to terminate this rental immediately if it is found that the hirer does not comply with the rental agreement.
Kami berhak untuk menamatkan sewaan serta merta jika didapati peminjam tidak mematuhi perjanjian pinjaman kenderaan ini.

[13] In the event of early termination or before the rental agreement period end, the hirer has no right to refund any or part of the charges.
Sekiranya berlaku pembatalan awal atau sebelum tempoh perjanjian sewa tamat, peminjam tidak berhak sebarang pemulangan apa-apa atau sebahagian daripada caj.

[14] The vehicle must be returned in good condition and at the agreed location. All the rubbish or unwanted items must be removed before returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is retuned and required to be cleaned, we will charge up to RM500 for the special cleaning process. Bringing pet and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle. We will charge penalties subject to cleaning penalty for clearing the unpleasant odour.
Kenderaan hendaklah dipulangkan dalam keadaan baik dan di tempat yang dipersetujui. Sampah atau sebarang item di dalam kenderaan, hendaklah dibuang terlebih dahulu semasa pemulangan kenderaan. Sekiranya kenderaan dikembalikan dalam keadaan kotor atau berbau busuk. Penalti sehingga RM500 akan dikenakan untuk pembersihan khas. Membawa haiwan dan merokok adalah dilarang di dalam kenderaan. Kos pembersihan bau busuk akan dicaj kepada peminjam.

[15] All traffic/parking summons will be under hirer responsibility. Penalty MYR300 will be charged if the customer failed to pay the summons within the time specified after we send notification.
Segala saman trafik/parking adalah dibawah tanggungjawab peminjam. Penalti MYR300 akan dicaj jika peminjam gagal membayar saman dalam tempoh waktu yang ditetapkan.

[16] Security deposit will be held 7 to 14 days after the return of the vehicle for us to check any summons or damages.
Deposit keselamatan akan dikembalikan dalam masa 7-14 hari bekerja (Tertakluk sekiranya kenderaan dikembalikan dalam keadaan baik dan tiada saman).

  • (Group A) – axia / myvi / bezza / any A-segment
  • (Group B) – alza / aruz / ativa / any economy MPV/SUV
  • (Group C) – honda city / toyota vios / X50 / X70 any C-segment

Customer can make a booking simply by chatting with us through WhatsApp / phone call

  4. Make a payment of deposit to confirm the booking. We need this confirmation to reserve the car.
  5. Make a payment of rentals upon collecting the vehicles.
  6. Drive.
  • Photo of identity card / passport
  • Photo of driving license
  • Any proof of work / job
  • We will cross-check all the applicants with authorities.
  • Anyone with criminal records will be rejected automatically.
  • We have right to cancel the rentals without refund if :
    - vehicle is driven by other party than hirer.
    - vehicle is use for any criminal or unlawful activities.
    - rentals is due
  • Security deposit is required and act as our security.
  • The deposit will be returned to customer after the car has been returned in good conditions.
  • Usually it takes up to 7 days to refund the deposit. We need to make sure there were no traffic summons upon that vehicle during the rental period.

There is no hidden charge unless customer request additional services from us such as

  • Delivery
  • Full petrol tank
  • Touch n Go card

There are two type of damages

  1. Damages that are caused by car's preventive maintenance activities such as:
    - poor tires conditions
    - air-conditioner malfunction
    - Weak batteries
    All these damages are fully covered by us.
  2. Accidental damages.
    - Customer need to pay all the repairing cost.
    - Excess charge (maximum amount that need to be paid) are based on vehicle group
    Group A - RM 4,000
    Group B - RM 6,000
    Group C - RM 10,000
    Group D - RM 20,000

    However, customer may reduce the excess charge to 50% by purchasing "optional excess protection" with 10% of rental price.
    New maximum excess amount are:
    Group A - RM 2,000
    Group B - RM 3,000
    Group C - RM 5,000
    Group D - RM 10,000

    Group A -small compact economy car (axia / myvi / bezza / saga / etc)
    Group B - economy MPV/SUV (alza / ativa / aruz / etc)
    Group C - executive cars (honda city / toyota vios / civic / accord / camry / X50 / X70 / S70 / etc)
    Group D - luxury cars (vellfire / alphard / starex / staria / etc)

YES. For every rentals, we will issue soft copy of:

  1. Rental agreement
  2. Invoice
  3. Quotation (if needed)
  • For any cancellations, customer need to inform us at least a week before (7 days) and we will make a full refund on the paid deposit.
  • We will not refund any deposit if late cancellations occurs.
